The relatives of the victims told about Arashukov’s close friendship with high-ranking security officials of the republic. Bulatov and Arashukov went to restaurants together, the general was at the senator’s birthday party, along with other distinguished guests.

Bulatov was appointed deputy head of the TFR KChR in 2007.

Arashukova was detained on January 30 right in the upper house of the parliament and accused of murdering the deputy head of the youth movement "Adyghe-Khase" Aslan Zhukov and adviser to the president of the KChR Fral Shebzukhov
